Welcome to ZedBus.com ("we," "us," or "our"), an online platform for discovering and booking bus tickets from various bus operators across Zambia.

By using ZedBus.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Role

ZedBus.com acts as an intermediary platform connecting passengers with third-party bus operators. We do not own or operate the buses — bookings are fulfilled by independent operators.

3. Booking and Tickets

  • Bookings are subject to availability from the selected operator.
  • You must provide accurate passenger information.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the chosen trip, date, time, and seat.
  • Present your e-ticket (QR code) on your mobile device or printed at boarding.
  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.

4. Payments

Payments are secure via mobile money (Airtel, MTN), cards, or other methods. Prices are set by operators and shown in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by operator — check during booking.
  • Typically, full refunds (minus fees) if cancelled 24+ hours before departure.
  • No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.
  • Refunds processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Operator cancellations (e.g., breakdowns) entitle you to refund or rescheduling.

6. Luggage and Conduct

Luggage allowances and rules are set by the operator. Prohibited items include dangerous goods.

Passengers must follow operator rules for safety and conduct.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays, accidents, or issues caused by bus operators. Travel at your own risk — consider insurance.

8. Privacy

Your data is protected per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms — continued use means acceptance.
